Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner challenges the order dated13.04.2015 passed by the District Registrar of Societies returning Form VII. The events date back to the year 2014. During the pendency of this writ petition, two elections have taken place. As of now, nothing survives for further adjudication.
