ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to release the pending Document No.P6/2025 on his file after completing all other registering formalities.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the said document has not yet been registered and it is pending for ascertaining certain facts.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that with respect to the very same survey numbers, the respondents have registered another document.

4. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the pending document in the light of judgments in W.P.Nos.8812 of 2023 dated 26.11.2024, 12556 of 2025 dated 09.04.2025, 29381 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024, and W.P.(MD)Nos.27554 of 2022 dated 20.02.2023 and 13856 of 2023 dated 25.09.2024, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall 2/4

be no order as to costs.
