This Contempt petition has been filed on the ground that the direction issued by this Court to the respondent/contemnor has not been complied with.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that writ appeal was filed against the order passed in the writ petition and notice has also been issued in W.A.(MD) No.3/2022.

3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed and it will be left open to the petitioner to work out their remedy in line with the final result in the writ appeal.
