ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the Petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2015 and a direction to the 3rd Respondent, the Inspector of Police, R.S.Mangalam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, not 1/3

to interfere in civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th Respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaints received from the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent, have been enquired and the cases also have been registered in Crime Nos. 6 and 9 of 2015 and the same are pending for investigation. It is seen that there is a property dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein. Therefore, in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent, the respondents 1 to 3 have no role to play, except any offence committed by the petitioner or by the 4th respondent herein. 3.In view of the same, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th respondent herein, except any crime committed by the petitioner or by the 4th respondent herein.

4.with the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
