ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Secretary of the Co-operative Society, challenging the order of transfer.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has brought to the notice of the Court that due to certain allegations, after conducting an enquiry, the petitioner has been dismissed from service by an order dated 01.07.2024. Since the petitioner is not in service, the question of adjudicating upon the order of transfer does not arise. 3.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
