ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey and demarcate the four boundaries of the petitioner's property, measuring an extent of 2 cents, comprised in Survey No. 466/1D3, situated at Mannadimangalam Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Karunanithi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, she purchased the property under a registered sale deed dated 07.07.2023, and a patta for the said property was issued in her name in Patta No. 2408. She submitted an application on 16.06.2025, in Application No. 2025/0123/24/016563, seeking survey of 2/5

the property. However, the said application has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 and 2, would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 16.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
