ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in I.D.O.P.No.95 of 2019 on the file of Principal District Court, Dindigul and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chengalpattu. 1/4

2.The Court record indicates that both the parties agreed for resolving the issue amicably through mediation. Therefore, the case was referred to mediation, wherein a settlement has reached between the parties and the settlement agreement has also been signed by them in the presence of the mediator on 17.03.2023. The relevant portion of the settlement agreement reads as under:- "6.The Following settlement has been arrived at between the parties hereto A.Both parties agreed to give mutual consent for divorce and agreed that there shall not interference in both parties in future. B.Both partis agreed for allowing the I.D.O.P., pending in District Court, Dindigul.

C.Petitioner agrees to Reimburse the legal expenses met by the respondent and pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs) to the credit A/c.50200070940166 Arockiadoss HDFC Bank, Kodaikanal."

3.In view of the aforesaid settlement reached between the parties, there shall be a decree of divorce between the petitioner and the respondent. 2/4

Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
