This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12241 of 2023 on 14.07.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition for 18 days.
