PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Impugned Order of the 5th respondent in his Oo.Mu.No.1596/a2/2014 dated 11.03.2015 and quash the same and to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to pay the revised salary for the period from 01.06.2003 to till date after deducting the salary already paid to the petitioner and to pay the arrears of Rs.35,321/- towards the arrears of revised pay for selection grade for the period from 26.02.2008 to 31.12.2012 and the other benefits etc.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition for which he has submitted a letter dated 02.03.2021 to the Registry to list the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal'. Today he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
