ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry under the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein. . 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.90 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave statement to the effect that in respect of the above said issue of death certificate, writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court and the parties have agreed to workout their remedy through the above said pending matter. 3.In view of the above said statement given by both parties, now, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
