This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 09.04.2015 and consequently direct the respondents to issue Family Tree Certificate.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a certificate issued by the respondents in Mu.Mu.Na.Ka.A5/587/2017 dated 31.01.2017. The petitioner had been issued with a certificate as per the enquiry made by the Revenue Authorities. A copy of said proceedings has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Recording the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
