2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was the accused in SC.No.193 of 2005.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner was convicted in SC.No.193 of 2005 and there are no stay orders from any competent Court and conviction warrant was issued by the competent Court, thereby they are in search of the petitioner. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State that the police are searching for the petitioner, who is at large, no orders can be 2/4

passed in this petition and thereby, the relief sought for by the petitioner seeking not to harass cannot be granted.

5.Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
