O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue patta for the properties comprised in S.No.223/3 to an extent of 0.23.5 ares alternately 58 cents out of it excluding 47 cents on the western side on the eastern side an extent of 11 cents, S. No.223/4 to an extent of 0.22.5 ares alternately 55 1/2 cents out of it on the eastern side an extent of 4 cents totally to an extent of 15 cents, Thirali Village, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District in consonance with the order dated 10.07.2023 made in Mu.Mu. No. 3232/2022/E2 and on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 19.01.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the first respondent will consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law. 4.In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.01.2023 after conducting an inquiry, which shall include issuing notice to the petitioner, third respondent and any other persons who may be affected and considering any objections submitted by them. The first respondent shall thereafter pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
