The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.3 to permit the petitioner and her family members to enter into the village for dwelling in the petitioner's house at Door No.4/4, Ambedkar South Street, Manapadai Veedu, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli district by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025.
2.The relief as such sought for by the petitioner cannot be acceded to. If anyone is disturbing the petitioner, it is open for her to get her grievance redressed before the civil court. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
