ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Panchayat Secretary, challenging his order of suspension, dated 28.02.2023. 2.A perusal of the suspension order reveals that there are some allegations of misappropriation and emergent charge memo has been issued to the writ petitioner on 21.10.2022 and on 20.01.2023 to remit certain amounts back to the department. Since suspension order has not been revoked, the instant writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order of suspension. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is under suspension for more than one and half years, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent herein to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 27.02.2023 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management Department, dated 04.08.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
