When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that after filing of the counter affidavit by the respondents, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner came to know that the petitioner was struck off from the CISF Unit, GAIL (Vaghodia) as well as from CISF with effect from 20.04.2015. It is also submitted that the impugned order was passed in Adilabad District, Andhra Pradesh. Therefore, this Court has no jurisdiction. Therefore, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the struck off order or any other orders passed against the writ petitioner.

2. With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
