ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Panchayat Secretary, challenging his order of suspension, dated 28.02.2023. 2.It is brought to the notice of the Court that DVAC proceedings are also pending as against the writ petitioner. Since the suspension order is in force for more than one and half years, this Court is of the considered opinion that the third respondent shall be directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 05.06.2023 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81, Human Resources Management Department, dated 04.08.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
