2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that now final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sattur. 5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.750 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21800 of 2022 on 12.01.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned committal Court on receipt of summons.
