[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned orders dated 13.08.2022 and 21.09.2022, passed by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 17.06.2022.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the first
respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 17.06.2022 within a time frame.
4. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents submitted that the first respondent will dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 17.06.2022 within a time frame.
5. Recording the above submissions and without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 17.06.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the respondents shall not initiate any coercive action against the petitioner.
