The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the fourth and fifth respondents herein from putting up any construction in the input and output channel of Keela Uppilikundu Kanmai, Kariyapatti Panchayat Union.

2. On instructions, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition, the new constructions have been put up in some other place, without disturbing the input and output channel of Keela Uppilikundu Kanmai. The said statement is recorded. Hence, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition.

3. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
