2018, registered against the petitioner and other accused for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 324 and 307 IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the Police have completed the investigation in Crime No.134 of 2018 and filed a charge sheet and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.445 of 2020 by the learned Sessions Mahila Judge, Madurai. It is also submitted that so far as juveniles are concerned, the investigation is completed and the final report is filed before the Juvenile Justice Board.

3. Since the purpose for which the present petition has been filed has already been fulfilled on account of filing of the charge sheet, the cause does not arise.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
