O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.06.2022 lodged before the second respondent vide C.S.R.No. 316 of 2022.

2.Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent for the alleged misconduct of her husband on 02.06.2022. In spite of that no action has been property taken by the second respondent. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that it is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and her husband. The present complaint has been given alleging some sort of hacking of the E-mail ID of the petitioner. He 2/4

further submitted that the respondent police are awaiting report from the Google Corporation.

5.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and the concerned Investigating Officer who made presence before this Court and also perused the CD File.

6.Considering the above circumstances and also considering the fact that the enquiry is in process, the respondent police are directed to complete the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
