ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 118(1) 1/3

and 109 BNS, 2023, in Crime No.123 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused armed with deadly weapons and abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and assaulted him and caused injuries to him. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both sides

Considering the nature of the allegations, considering the antecedents of the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that even three days after the present occurrence, the petitioner was also involved in another case of 397 of BNS, where it is alleged that he has robbed a sum of Rs.9,00,000/-, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
