RESPONDENT/PEITIONER Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to direct the Family Court, Sivagangai to permit the petitioner to withdraw her amount 50 percent of the petitioner is deposited in M.C.No. 62 of 2018 for her essential needs and her daughter medical expenses.

Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 671/ 2020 :

To call for the records relating to the order passed in M.C.No.62 of 2018, dated 05.03.2020 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai and set aside the same and allow the above revision. Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.DEVARAJ.R., Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.R.MURALI, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to direct the Family Court, Sivagangai to permit the petitioner to withdraw 50% of deposit amount deposited in M.C.No.62 of 2018.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the deposit amount and prayed to allow the petition.

3.The respondent has no serious objection.

4.In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw 50% of the arrears amount deposited by the respondent in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.6721 of 2020 as well as the amount to be deposited by the respondent. This petition is allowed.
