Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, as ordered by this Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was directed to pay Rs.10,000/- to the Green Committee, Madurai, while granting anticipatory bail and since the said Committee was not constituted till now, he could not able to pay the said amount and hence, he could not surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
