The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2018 and erect manned level crossing at Gate No.60, Ponnapuram 17th Ward, Ayakudi Town Panchayat, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the manned level crossing has been erected at Gate No.60, Ponnapuram 17th Ward, Ayakudi Town Panchayat in Dindigul District and hence, the prayer in this Writ Petition has already been met with by the respondents.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
