ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A8, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 103(2) & 238 of BNS, in Crime No.341 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the father of the 1/3

deceased. Due to previous motive, the petitioner and other accused are said to have murdered the deceased. Hence, the complaint.
