ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent to direct the third respondent not to interfere with the petitioner's right to privacy by way of visiting his house and consequently direct the first respondent to take appropriate action against the third respondent in accordance with law considering his representation dated 07.06.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that now the third respondent transferred to some other Police Station. W.P.(MD)No.14547 of 2018 the petitioner herein is a history-sheet rowdy and as against him so many cases registered in various Police Station. 3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and this petition is devoid of merits. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
