RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time permitted by this Hon`ble Court to produce the sureites vide order in Crl.O.P. (MD) No. 15617 of 2021, dated. 08.10.2021 in connection with the FIR in Crime No. 105 of 2021 pending on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ANAND.R., Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (criminal Side) the Respondens the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to continuous holidays, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.15617 of 2021 dated 08.10.2021.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15617 of 2021 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
