[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments made by

the respondents 5 to 7 in Survey Nos.1673/2B and 1448/5B, at Vadamadurai Village, Dindigul District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the encroachments pointed out by the petitioner have already been removed.

3. The aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate is not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thus, recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. [R.M.D., J.] [J.S.N.P., J.] vsm 10.10.2022
