The said case was registered for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) BNS and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Therefore, the petitioners have filed this petition seeking a direction to the learned Sessions Judge Special Court for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act Cases, Madurai to consider their bail application on the same day of their surrender.

2.It appears that this Court already dismissed the earlier petition filed by the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.12388 of 2025 dated 23.07.2025 and there is no change in circumstances.

3.Therefore, these criminal original petitions are dismissed.
