Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the respondents that Police protection was given and survey was done two weeks back and boundary stones were also installed. A flag pole of one political party installed in the land was also removed. Nothing survives for further adjudication.
