2. I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

3. The petitioner was running an financial establishment. Default was committed. The petitioner apprehending threat to his life and liberty, the petitioner sought Police protection. Thereafter, the present writ petition came to be filed.

4. After going through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, I am more than satisfied that no case for grant of relief has been made out.

5. This writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
