This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.33 of 2018 dated 15.05.2018 pending on the file of the second respondent to any other competent authorities and to complete the investigation within the stipulated period.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11387 of 2018 in Crime No.33 of 2018 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi and the same is pending for committal in P.R.C.No.9 of 2019.

3. Hence, at this stage the transfer of investigation does not arise.

4. In the result, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
