O R D E R

The petitioners are figuring as accused in Crime No.622 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 8 and 9 of Tamilnadu Gaming Act, Sections 188 and 270 of IPC and Section 3 of Epidemic Diseases Act. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found sitting in a circle and playing cards on 27.06.2021. The case on hand is squarely covered by order dated 29.11.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.21065 of 2018 and etc and the decision reported in 2018(2) L.W (Crl.)606 (In Jeevanandhan and others Vs. State rep. by Inspector of Police, Velayuthampalayam Police Station, Karur District and another).
