ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission for the petitioners to withdraw the deposited amount in M.C.O.P.No.69 of 2024 on the file of the Special District Court (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Tiruchirappalli.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the sole respondent submitted that he has no objection for permitting the petitioners to withdraw the deposited amount and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect. 2/4

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The petitioners are permitted to withdraw the deposited amount by filing the necessary application before the Special District Court (Motor Accident Claims Tribunal), Tiruchirappalli.
