This criminal original petition has been filed for forbearing the respondent police from interfering in the civil dispute said to be pending between the petitioner on the one hand and the third respondent on the other.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint given by the third respondent was enquired into and closed as early as on 06.05.2021.
