ORDER

The petitioner Company with a grievance that its complaints dated 27.07.2025, 29.07.2025 and 30.07.2025 have not been enquired by the respondent Police, has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to enquire into its complaints and to take appropriate action.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a complaint was lodged before the second respondent Police on 27.07.2025 and a reminder was also sent to the second respondent police on 29.07.2025. But, there was no action on the said complaints. Thereafter, another complaint was also given to the first respondent on 30.07.2025. 2/4

Even thereafter, the official respondents have not taken any steps on the petitioner's complaints. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint has been treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.208 of 2025 and a counter complaint has also been lodged as against the petitioner by the opposite party and the same was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.214 of 2025. Both the complaints were enquired as petition enquiry and the same were closed by the respondent Police on 01.08.2025.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling them to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
