O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2014 in the light of the direction issued by the District Revenue Officer, Madurai, in proceedings O.Mu.No.61167/2014/G5 dated 24.12.2014 within a reasonable time.
2.Considering the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and that in the representation of the petitioner, a direction has already issued by the first respondent to the second respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.12.2014 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing such order, the second respondent shall also afford an opportunity to the petitioner and all other necessary parties concerned.
3.With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
