O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner basing on the representation dated 18.08.2023. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that basing on the compliant of the unofficial respondent No.3, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No. 242 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) and 420 IPC.
