ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.482 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police, dated 01.08.2014 and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is made ready as further action dropped and he has also produced the copy of the final report.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to file the final report before jurisdictional Magistrate Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not filed earlier. 2/4
