Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.
2. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner is the landlord. He filed R.L.T.O.P.No.20 of 2021 before the Rent Controller/District Munsif, Thirumangalam for evicting the respondents. The case is more than three years old. The statute prescribes the time line of six months for disposal of such claims.
4. Taking into account the overall facts and circumstances, the learned Rent Controller / District Munsif is directed to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.20 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
