ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Rmt.Teekaa Raman J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 28.02.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.22753 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent and perused the materials available on records.

3. By an earlier order dated 28.02.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.22753 of 2021, there is a positive direction by this Court to consider the issuance of a community certificate to the Petitioner's son and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter.

4. If the Petitioner is not cooperating for the enquiry as directed by this Court vide Order dated 28.02.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.22753 of 2021, it is open to the Respondent to pass appropriate orders observing the conduct of the

Petitioner herein. This Court does not appreciate the attempt of the Petitioner in not complying with the enquiry when there is a positive order passed by this Court on 28.02.2024 in W.P.(MD).No.22753 of 2021. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed.
