Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.39/2013/A1, dated 08.04.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Sweeper in the Office of the 2nd respondent. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 11.02.2020, to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
