PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2018 and to transfer the 6th respondent to her parent society namely 0.70 Pazhavoor Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society, Pazhavoor.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Manadamus, directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2018 and to transfer the sixth respondent to her parent society namely 0.70 Pazhavoor Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society, Pazhavoor.
2. Though the petitioner has made a representation on 01.05.2018, seeking to transfer the sixth respondent to her parent society, making various allegations against the sixth respondent, now after the lapse of three years, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh complaint as against the sixth respondent to the authority concerned.
3. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is for the petitioner to make a fresh complaint as against the sixth respondent, if so advised. No costs.
