pursuant to the proceedings C.C.No.126/2022 on the file of the Honourable Judicial Magistrate II, Sattur and quash the same. 2.Even though this petition has been filed seeking quashment of C.C.No.126 of 2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to direct the trial Court namely, the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Sattur, to dispose of the above said case within a period of three months. The crime number is in the year 2018 and final report was filed in the year 2022.

3.Considering the oldness of the crime, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sattur, to expedite the trial process in C.C.No.126 of 2022, pending on his file and dispose of the same within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
