ORDER

This Writ Petition has been field for issuance of the Writ of Madamus, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representations dated on 26.12.2023 26.04.2024 and 03.02.2025 and not to disburse the death benefit of Late.Muniyandi in favour of the 3rd respondent herein till the correction of the petitioner's name in the death certificate of Late.Muniyandi dated 24.11.2023 is carried out.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, is directing the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.02.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear that until the issue between the petitioner and the third 2/4
