Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMASAMY T, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13266 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seek time to surrender before the trial Court. Since the petitioner was affected from viral fever, he could not surrender before the trial Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.13266 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
