ORDER

This writ petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents. 2.The writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to execute the registered sale deed in respect of the house property in Door No.C363, Aringar Anna Nagar Housing Board Sector, at Anna Nagar, Madurai in favour of the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025.

3.The learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the sale deed will be executed in favour of the petitioner provided the petitioner is able to secure 'No Objection Certificate' from the concerned Revenue 2/4

Department, where, the petitioner's father had earlier served as Sub Inspector of Survey.

4.Considering the same, the Assistant Director of Survey, Madurai, is suo motu impleaded as third respondent in this writ petition. 5.There shall be a direction to the third respondent to issue necessary 'No Objection Certificate', in case, the petitioner's father has no other dues in respect of the loan sanctioned in favour of the petitioner's late.father Mr.Dhanushkodi, as expeditiously as possible.

6.The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions. No costs.
