PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Auction notice dated 27.06.2018 published by the respondent in the Dinamalar daily newspaper, dated 28.06.2018 and to quash the same insofar as the petitioner's jewel loan No.132303231400173 is concerned.

Auction Notice dated 27.06.2018 issued by the respondent Bank is challenged in this writ petition. 2.Today(21.12.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the petitioner has already paid the entire loan amount to the respondent Bank and hence, this writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
